We hope you love your new home additions, but if you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for all products in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original Ferm Living packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; items must be received in resalable condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the generated return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
